US$2.4 billion in ODA for VietnamIn the past three months, Vietnam has attracted 19 official development assistance (ODA) projects worth US$2.417 billion, of which about US$2.416 billion in loans and US$1 million in non-refundable aid.

According to the latest statistics by the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI), ODA disbursement is estimated at US $290 million, including US$260 million from loans and US$30 million from non-refundable aid, equivalent to last year’s figures.

Among the key projects are O Mon 3 thermal power plant (US$301.4 million), Nghe An Irrigation Construction (US$206.57 million), Urban Railway Construction Project (Line1) Phase I – Ngoc Hoi Complex (US$179.1 million), and ADB-funded Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) development project (US$131 million).
